Licensed as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 1999 and a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2000, I have more than 26 years of experience across valuation, brokerage, and property management. I earned my North Carolina Real Estate Appraiser Instructor license in 2007 and expanded my practice with an NC General Contractor license in 2017, providing a deeper understanding of construction quality, improvements, and long-term value. As a value add, I am also licensed in all forms of Insurance as well.
Based in Wendell, North Carolina, we serve Wake, Johnston, Edgecombe, Nash, and Wilson Counties and surrounding areas with a focused, hands-on approach—offering clients informed guidance, defensible valuations, and practical insight at every stage of ownership.
